Dana Wright

Dana Wright is the founder and President of The Wright Financial Group, Inc. We are located in the heart of historic Bel Air, Maryland.  I have been in the financial services industry since 1987! 

Born and raised in the Baltimore area I attended Dulaney High School and am a graduate from Towson University with a degree in business administration. 

Over the past 33 years I’ve navigated through many difficult economic challenges and opportunities. By addressing these challenges head on, we have evolved into an independent financial service provider. 

My knowledge and expertise include: retirement planning, estate planning, tax-favored investments, business sponsored plans, wealth accumulation-preservation and transfer, long term care insurance and life insurance.  In my 33 years of service I have received countless awards and recognition from the companies that I’ve represented. 

My licenses include: Series 6, Series 63, Variable Life and Variable Annuity. I’m registered in the following states for insurance: MD, PA, FL and NC. I’m registered for Securities in the following states: MD, DE, PA, NC, NJ, VA, SC, OH, FL and NV. 

I’m a firm believer in supporting the local community and others with their challenges. The Wright Financial Group provides economic support for: Mountain Christian Church, The Extreme Family Outreach Program, St. Jude’s Children’s hospital, The Shriners, Wounded Warrior Project, the DAV and the Tunnel to Towers program.

I have 4 grown children that I love and am quite proud of. I reside in Harford County Maryland.

My hobbies include: golfing, skiing, walking, the beach and travel. I also play the guitar and sing in church.
